I received my order 2 days before Christmas not knowing if it would arrive in time. Libba and Elli made it happen. They personally processed my order and sent it immediately. The quality of the purse is superb and my daughter loves it. The Tan Italian Leather Faux Ostrich Large Gladston Handbag was exactly want she wanted. I can't say enough wonderful comments about my experience and would highly recommend them to anyone-anywhere.
