Delivery
To avoid unnecessary returns please note the dimensions of the bag before you buy. All items are subject to availability and we aim to dispatch an order within 3 working days, We send all orders by First Class Royal Mail post which is included in the website price for orders over £60. There is a flat fee of £3.95 postage and packing added to all orders under £60.
If you need a bag urgently, please email or phone us first and we can usually arrange the facility of next day through Royal Mail Special Delivery Service at an extra cost which will be notified to you prior to despatch. If requesting next day delivery and before completing your preferred delivery address, please make sure that someone will be there to sign for or receive the package as Royal Mail will only deliver the package ONCE free of charge if you are out when they call.
In exceptional cases where supplies are out of stock we will contact you to advise of any delay, or suggest an alternative purchase. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party.
In the event of goods being lost or damaged in the post, we will make a claim from Royal Mail. You agree to assist us by providing correct information in the event of any claim made by us.

Website & Telephone Orders Returns Policy
You shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 7 days after their receipt, you notify us by email or in writing that the goods are rejected.
Except in the case of goods being damaged or faulty on arrival (see below), if you wish to return an item for whatever reason please notify us by email within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you a returns number. When returning the item we recommend using a signed for, insured delivery method for your own peace of mind. Changed your mind?: Non-faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please return the item together with the returns number in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached, unused and undamaged to Mimu Returns, Hopton Manor, Hopton, Matlock, Derbyshire DE4 4DF. Provided this is done, we will refund the price of the goods, less any P&P costs incurred by us, if you have received free delivery, you will be informed prior to refund of this cost. PLEASE NOTE: We charge a £2 restocking fee for any non-faulty item that is returned to us; this is simply to cover our costs of processing the card transaction and then processing the refund, as all payment systems charge for this service. The return postage will not be refunded unless the reason for return is due to a mistake by ourselves. If you wish to exchange it for another product, then please give us the details of the new product along with the returned product. You will incur the original shipping charge again. You will only incur a restocking charge if the alternative product is worth less than the initial product, and a partial refund has to be processed.
Faulty Goods: If your purchase was originally fine but has become faulty quite soon afterwards, please email us in the first instance at info@mimu.co.uk with a short description of the problem and we will email you back. All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded, repaired or replaced. Please note that the verification process may mean we have to send the item back to the manufacturer. You will receive your refund within 30 days although usually much sooner.
Arrived Damaged or Faulty: If your goods arrived damaged or faulty you must inform us by email within 48 hours or receipt. We will then ask you to return the bag and on receipt, will replace it free of charge.
Returns from purchases made at Events
Unless otherwise agreed in writing we only accept returns for refunds from purchases at events if they are faulty. This is because we often donate up to 20% of the item price to charity or event organisers. We are however always happy to offer an exchange if you have purchased an item at an event and subsequenlty changed your mind. Unless agreed otherwise in writing you would also need to pay the postage of returning the original item and sending out the replacement item.
